Everything your family needs to get your student-athlete cleared and on the field. Follow the steps below and complete registration through the official Tempe Union High School District portal.
Start Registration at Aktivate.comComplete all steps through the Tempe Union High School District's official athletics portal at Aktivate.com. Follow each step in order.
Go to aktivate.com to access the official TUHSD athletics/activities participation paperwork. This is the only approved registration system.
Click "Create an Account" and fill in the required information. The system will automatically log you in and prompt you to accept the terms of use.
Click "My Athletes" → "Add Athlete". This only needs to be done once — athlete information carries forward every year, including contact and medical details.
After creating your athlete, you'll see their profile page — a summary of all their information and current involvement. Verify everything is accurate.
Click "Register for a Sport" and select all sports your child may participate in during the school year. Select Football from the list.
This page shows the real-time status of each requirement. You will need to complete several steps, including agreeing to documents and completing the physical.
Download and print the physical and pre-physical forms. Complete them with your doctor and upload all four documents together as a single file. Do not upload individually — they will be rejected.
Your registration is complete once all checklist items are uploaded and verified by the Athletics/Activities Office. Log in at any time to check status.
Football players are required to complete baseline Impact testing with the campus trainer. Check with your coach or the athletics office for testing dates and times.
